Over the years my practice has focused on fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and some natural resource and project finance projects in different emerging markets. I regularly represent clients in seed, debt, venture capital or mezzanine financing transactions with a mix of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters built in.
Before starting the firm, I was an attorney in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP where I focused on executing private equity transactions and other corporate matters for large institutional clients.
I am a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and received my bachelors from Northwestern University, during which time I studied at L’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
I spend most of my spare time admiring the talents of Andrés Iniesta and reading the short stories of Edward P. Jones.
